You will be primarily responsible for growing your dedicated market and expanding our customer base by implementing our sales strategy as a member of a highly dynamic and multinational team.
  • Acquiring new customers within your sales territory through a multi-touch engagement plan, including cold calls prospecting, emailing, and attending live events (as needed).
  • Manage a sales pipeline of qualified leads from inbound and outbound channels, working the full sales cycle from cold call to successful closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each prospect’s business needs to communicate a customized solution tailored to their desired outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers responsible for buying, selling, or trading additive raw materials.
  • Develop yourself as an industry reference and trusted advisor regarding market intelligence for the additive segment of the feed industry.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve quarterly business revenue targets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Ability to align client business objectives with Kemiex solutions through active listening
  • Proven track record of prospecting and selling to companies with €100 million-plus revenue.
  • Ability and willingness to initiate cold calls and schedule meetings.
  • A team player with strong business acumen, a mindset of owning the pipeline, and high standards in selling that go above and beyond expectations.
  • A success-driven persona with a "hands-on" mentality and a proven ability to go the extra mile when necessary.
  • Proficient in organization, time management, and prioritization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, and proficiency in one of the following key languages: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, Polish, Chinese, or Japanese. (Note: Couple of positions open for English speakers only)
  • The ability to travel as necessary (usually up to 5 times per year).
