- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in technical or GTM planning for a cloud business in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience executing scaled GTM motions.
- Experience selling cloud products.
- Ability to deliver a professional business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish or Italian in order manage relationships with local and international customers.
- Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing among field teams, partners, and go-to-market stakeholders. Ensure effective application of plays in the sub-region.
- Coordinate with the MD Practice GTM and Regional Practice Leads on refinements to GTM plan and strategy with relevant insights from sub-regional performance. Understand the propensity models created for each play and assess for fit with the sub-regional accounts.
- Engage with the measurement and analysis of the cross-product portfolio performance to identify and capitalize on opportunities for driving business growth in the market.
- Assist in delivering quarterly/monthly business reviews, rolling up sub-regional insights to the regional summary, track the progress of the GTM initiatives, and create a seamless feedback loop.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams delivering feedback in service of creating programs and plans that enhance internal engagement and create organizational momentum at scale.
