EPCM expertise, more than ten countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset.With an average age of 32, we are encouraged to channel our curiosity and innovative thinking into projects.Now, we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Engineer to join our office in Madrid.As an employee of IPS will actively participate in a wide range of projects in an Industrial environment. The management of each project can include multiple phases and/or specialization:
  • Strategic Consulting: project master planning, conceptual engineering.
  • Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall time schedule, procurement strategy, financial plan.
  • Project preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing and procurement.
  • Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, operational management.
As a Supply Chain Junior Project Engineer, you will be involved in:
  • Supply chain projects, project management, assistance in Business Development, Digitalization projects, link with other Projects of Food Industry, Life Sciences, Chemical, Primary or Buildings.
  • Simulation projects for operational and logistics purpose
  • Study, analysis, and optimization of the supply chain for clients.
  • Analysis, conceptual design, procurement, and supervision in a warehousing implementation with all the technologies involved.
  • Digital audit to analyse operational problems in factories and design of a strategy to reduce them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any other related field.
  • Master’s degree in supply chain is a Plus.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply chain and logistics CAPEX projects.
  • Experience or knowledge in Simulation modeling, using FlexSim or Anylogic is a plus.
  • Fluency in English. French is a Plus
  • Open to Mobility according to project needs. (20% to 60 %)
