- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large complex projects / programs or manage multiple complex engagements across multiple Vistex customers.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and integrated schedules using appropriate methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
- Own full project lifecycle accountability including scope, schedule, cost and quality.
- Lead and develop cross-functional project teams to achieve delivery goals and operate at their highest potential.
- Manage large project budgets (£1M+/1M+ EUR), including forecasting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and change control.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies at both operational and strategic levels.
- Engage and manage executive level stakeholders including sponsors and steering committees.
- Assist in pre-sales and business development with scoping and estimating activities and expanding Vistex consulting services.
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts in collaboration with regional leadership.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, making informed decisions with incomplete information in fast-paced environments.
- Actively mentor and support junior project managers and lead initiatives that contribute to the continuous improvement of project management within the Vistex PM community.
7 years: • Experience in SAP project management, delivering complex projects exceeding £1m/1M EUR in value.
0 years: • Proven track record of leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations across diverse industry sectors.
0 years: • Expertise in SAP Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, with hands on experience using supporting tools and templates.
0 years: • Strong experience managing executive level stakeholders, sponsors and steering committees.
0 years: • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial contract negotiations.
0 years: • Direct involvement in assisting in pre-sales engagements, including scoping, estimating, and proposal development.
0 years: • Expert presentation, communication, influencing, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
0 years: • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making informed decisions with incomplete data, while applying sound judgment to escalate when necessary.
3 years: • Experience managing multi-national project teams and geographically distributed delivery.
0 years: • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior project managers and actively contribute to continuous improvement within a project management community.
0 years: • Holds a recognized professional certification in project or programme management.
7 years: • Experience working with or within large consulting or systems integration firms is strongly preferred.
