- Serve as the first point of contact, delivering strong first impressions and building lasting customer relationships.
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing—while driving strategy and overcoming objections.
- Engage SMB customers across industries to identify needs and match them with Microsoft’s cloud solutions.
- Drive customer success through upsell, cross-sell, and collaboration with specialists and partners.
- Clearly position Microsoft technologies against competitors and show customers the value and future impact.
- Qualify leads (e.g., BANT), convert them into opportunities, and build a strong revenue pipeline.
- Consistently hit sales targets: ~200 leads, 30 opportunities, and 60–90 activities per month.
- Use multiple channels (social, digital, phone, video, demos) to engage and manage customers.
- Capture customer feedback and share insights as the “Voice of the Customer.”
- Are bilingual or proficient in German plus fluent in English
- 2–3+ years of proven sales success; minimum 1 year in IT and 1 year in account or customer management.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools (retail, internships, entrepreneurial programs a plus).
- Experience with Microsoft solutions (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) preferred.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps) preferred.
- Self-starter with a strong track record of performance, ownership of learning, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentations) across phone, email, video, and in-person.
- Solid IT industry knowledge with ability to quickly learn products and solutions.
- Achievement-driven, motivated by exceeding sales goals and collaborating across teams.
- Strong time management, independence, integrity, and ability to thrive under supervision or solo.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.).
- Passion for cloud technologies and making an impact.

- Full-time permanent Spanish contract, 39h/week: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.
- Base salary of 25,500 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in
