- Regional Supply Chain Strategic Plan: Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product supply chain strategic plan for Europe that will support growth and optimize customer engagement while enhancing overall business profitability.
- European Leadership Team Member: Actively participate as a key member of the European leadership team, providing insights, solutions, and strategies to drive growth and operational excellence across the entire region, ensuring successful delivery of the Regional Strategic Plan.
- Ultimate Responsible for delivering operational excellence and Supply Chain performance in the markets in the different SC functions CSR, Demand, Logistics. Some of the main KPIs: Service / Distribution cost / Fcst Accuracy/ Bias Inventory management ( Slow movers/no movers/ write off) / Innovation management
- Strategic business partner for Managing directors responsible in those markets, ensuring meeting business objectives and driving Supply Chain agenda.
- Monthly Performance Cycles, key point of contact for Cluster monthly cycles, ensuring clear visibility to steakholders, while drive SC agenda and priorities with the stakeholders.
- Partnership with Europe Center of Excellence to develop clear initiatives roadmap to ensure operational excellence in Europe, by challenging status quo, scanning the market and a relentless focus on delivering value, optimizing cost & working capital
- Drive initiatives that position Customer Service as a strategic growth enabler by enhancing key customer relationships, optimizing processes and technology, and leveraging a Center of Excellence with differentiated services to drive efficiency, consistency, and value creation.
- Demand Planning & S&OP process: Ensure effective demand planning processes are in place, and S&OP process is driven in an optimal to support growth, increase profitability & support key business decisions: balancing demand and supply, new products introductions, ensuring business KPIs
- Logistics Management: Oversee the management of logistics operations, including contract management, cost monitoring, and compliance to ensure financial efficiency and optimal service delivery across all markets.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive the Brand Innovation Process and facilitate the development of new product launches to meet stakeholder expectations. Implement a culture of continuous improvement to refine supply chain processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- 3rd party customers / distributors inventory: ensure DIOH targets are relevant vs distributor contractual terms and order lead-time. Monitor stock level against target. In case of deviation, identify root causes and remediation actions. Monthly reporting with appropriate comments. Reporting should comment any material deviation if any (out of stock risk, large excess inventory risk) and resolution plan.
- Supply Chain team organization, efficient teams and people development: accountable for Region and markets organization design, efficient and capable teams, talents upgrade and succession planning. Develop team engagement continuously. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relations with internal/external organizations: motivate and encourage direct reports and employees working in a team environment to achieve functional, and company goals.
- Regulation: ensure respects of regulations associated with the Supply Chain activities (excises, importations, exportations…) within the region.
- Establish policies, procedures, performance metrics, and resource requirements to ensure reliability, speed, convenience, and best perceived value to the customer.
- Broad Supply Chain experience, ideally focused on the customer side rather than production/manufacturing
- You will have an exemplary history of success in Supply Chain (+10 years of experience) and have gained knowledge of demand planning, customer service , warehousing and logistics, in different European markets,
- Experience in successful leadership of a team, with the ability to inspire and develop high performance
- Fluent in English, French & Spanish is a plus
- Global volume consumer goods & drinks experience preferred with spirits experience highly desirable.
- Good knowledge SAP, VMI, WMS (Preferable)
- Ability to build strong trusting partnerships across all stakeholders, systems and networks to ensure seamless, urgent responsiveness and crisis management.
- A depth of leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire teams to raise the bar on their performance across multiple cultures, across all levels and in diverse geographies.
- Earlier in your career you will have had on the ground experience and time in front-line supply chain / logistics roles.
- Great commercial acumen and demonstrated understanding of the levers that drive business performance in addition to being adept at developing and managing budgets.
