EU AMZL Process Learning Central Programs team is looking for a Learning Quality Coordinator to support the ongoing defect reduction program, Content Management System (Policy 2.0) for Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) and upcoming projects with focus on developments with a passion for innovation, problem solving and aim to think big. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work side by side with a group of exceptionally driven, customer-obsessed managers in Central Operations, Trans Forecasting and Capacity Planning teams, all while analyzing systemic defects and coordinating solutions to challenging problems.Key job responsibilities
  • Lead weekly defect reduction calls with each Central Operations function to review trends and to identify gaps in trainings, processes or tools, then define corrective or preventive actions.
  • Prepare and send weekly reports to Central Operations, Trans Forecasting and Capacity Planning managers to share the latest information concerning defect data, ongoing actions and progress on new joiners quality performance.
  • Lead the successful adoption and optimization of the Policy 2.0 platform as Key User, managing folder hierarchies, user permissions and SIM administration, while providing comprehensive training sessions, maintaining updated SOPs, and ensuring maximum system effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives and user support.
  • Promote SOPs upgrade to reduce defects, prevent stress and improve the learning experience of our schedulers while reading.
  • Support calibration and progress SOPs audit plan to ensure they are always accurate and up to date.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience utilizing root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and/or Six Sigma.
- Experience delivering training to peers, associates and management, both individually and in groups.
- Willingness to work in different areas
- Candidates must be very organized and able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities.
