Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.About the roleIn coordination with their team and under supervision of the Embellishment Manager, ensure all embellishment requests are meet in time and according to approved budget and RB's standards.Your responsibilities
  • Planning production of embellished products for all household brands; daily alignment with copackers and Demand Planning to avoid OOS and solve urgencies
  • Packaging purchasing in order to secure service level and with the objective to reduce packaging networking capital
  • Support new product development process collaborating with internal departments (Marketing, Trade, Finance, Supply, Packaging, Quality) and external suppliers and copackers
  • Monthly reports: Supply Scorecard and Packaging Report.
  • Create and maintains the SAP BOM (Product Structure) and runs MRP´s and MRS´s to properly plan and schedule the raw material purchasing, production activities and production quantities and timings according to the promotional demand planning needs.
  • Maintenance product version in SAP and manage all the inventory transactions of vendors in SAP
  • Registration in Fastsku, of Embellishment references for palletizing and required measures.
  • Management of the briefing according to the SOP Embellishment RB.
