Inside Sales Representative Renewal - EMEA SouthJob DescriptionThe RoleThe primary responsibility of this position is to cover software subscription renewals on SMB customers in the South EMEA MarketThis will in turn support business growth in line with our ambitious objectives and company culture.Critical to achieving excellent results is a "can do" approach and the capability to build relationships and negotiate with existing customers and partners.The role reports into the EMEA South ISR Manager.Focus AreasManage the renewal process for SUSE products and services with specific focus on the SMB space in South EMEA Region, ensuring that all renewals are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and resellers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Collaborate with internal teams and our channel partners alike to ensure that the renewal process is streamlined and efficient.Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Provide customers with product and pricing information and make recommendations based on their needs.Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.Provide regular reports on renewal performance and customer feedback to management.Preferred Experience & SkillsExcellent communication and customer service skills.Fluent EnglishNative or Bilingual level in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French. (bilingual level in multiple languages is a nice to have)Good understanding of IT products and services.Sales experience of advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Desired, but no essential:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the IT industry.Personal AttributesExcellent communication skills.Ability to deal with complex issues.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Measures100% attainment of quota.Attainment of KPI's and Success MetricsJob Revenue Generation Non-SalesWhat We OfferWe empower you to be bold, driving your career to create the future you want.
