
Marketing Specialist (Practica One-Year Contract)

- Implement the local marketing plan
- Coordinate a variety of campaigns across events, digital, telemarketing, etc.
- Manage lead generation and nurturing using Salesforce and Pardot
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to monthly reporting
- Ensure data quality and support lead conversion in collaboration with sales
- Help maintain budget tracking and financial accuracy
- Contribute to the execution of the local PR plan in collaboration with our PR agency and EMEA communication team
- Coordinate local press releases and maintain the press center
- Develop case studies and manage local success stories
- Support e-newsletters and ensure website content is current and engaging
- Support the implementation of Axis partner programs and local initiatives
- Organize and promote the Axis Academy program in Iberia
- Update and maintain partner-focused content
- Collaborate with partners and thought leaders to run joint campaigns and activities
- 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
- A strong interest in B2B marketing and the tech sector
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible and open-minded, comfortable with change and new ideas
- A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and data-driven with attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus)
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, and preferably Salesforce and Pardot
- Knowledge of the IT/security market is a plus.
