- Ownership of CRM channels for mobile core products (app-pushes, in-app communitions etc.)
- Managing CRM channels for 2 new products
- Generating hypotheses and preparing their descriptions
- Improving funnel from registrations to confirmation and sales
- Segmentation of clients and analysis of client metrics
- Creating and launching promotional campaigns and trigger chains
- Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results
- Interacting with UX, copywriters, development, data analysts teams
- Development of new communication channels
- Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, Any BI-systems
- Strong experience with CRM channels in apps (android, iOS)
- Understanding the main CRM metrics
- English level B2 or higher
- Experience with SQL would be a plus
- REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;
