- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Spain and Portugal, adapting global policies to local market needs.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Iberia sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, and increasing market share in targeted industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders at C-level.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to support commercial activities and ensure alignment.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the sales budget and optimize resources for maximum profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key negotiations in the Iberia region.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in Spain and Portugal.
- Report regularly on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of sales management experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, customs, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is highly valued
