- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve commercial goals.
- Manage and maintain accurate account data for contracting and campaign production.
- Drive incremental sales through promotional campaigns by negotiating exclusive offers and value-adds.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and reporting to identify revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, optimising property performance.
- Work with Revenue Management to enhance campaign success and repeat performance.
- Monitor rate competitiveness and liaise with suppliers to secure market-leading rates.
- Oversee new partner onboarding and expansion of supply in designated regions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for regional campaigns, including vetting submissions and verifying campaign details.
- Support campaign execution, acting as a point of contact for commercial, connectivity, finance, and customer service queries.
- Provide end-to-end support for live campaigns, including partner and customer escalations.
- Passion for sales with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building ability
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of the travel sales process and campaign execution
