- Collecting, analysing, and visualizing data related to space occupancy, projected growth, and workspace efficiency.
- Contributing to feasibility studies and research for potential expansions or new office spaces.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Gain experience in tracking office refurbishment, expansion, and opening projects, in coordination with design and construction teams.
- Familiarise with the planning and monitoring of project milestones, including temporary workspace solutions and delay management (e.g. Point of Arrival shifts).
- Acquire experience in logistical and administrative assistance during office transitions and relocations.
- Participating, along the team, in digital initiatives that enhance the everyday office experience (e.g. new tools, systems, or services).
- Learn to identifies continuous improvement opportunities based on colleague feedback.
- Supporting, along the team, the creation of internal presentations and communications regarding project updates and key milestones.
- Acquire experience in tailoring messages to executive leadership and broader Colleague audiences.
- Learn to act as a liaison between GREWE and other departments (CEG, IT, Global security, Compliance, Legal) on shared initiatives.
- Gain experience in Following up on internal stakeholder requests and feedback to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – B2 level or higher.
- Spanish fluency is also required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
