From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions to stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.Your mission:- You will be member of project team, manage supply chain activities for new projects (P1/P10), P0 projects and engineering changes.- Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors.- You must avoid any obsolescence due to new products introduction and product phase out.Your responsibilities:- Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation.- Initiate VRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements & validate suppliers logistic protocols.- Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging.- Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols.- Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows.- Support on continuous improvement Supply Chain process.- To follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up…).- Responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP).- Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by line transfer project teams.- Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors:Responsible for the application of safety standards.Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs.Manage obsolete inventories with Project Manager.Desired skills and experience:Engineering school or equivalent, added by the Basics of SCM from APICS certification.Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.Professionalism and transparency.Good level of English as well as Spanish.Geographical mobility.Passion for the automotive industry.If you DO NOT meet all the requirements, don't worry, we want to meet you too!Come to Valeo and discover our benefits!
