We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.About the role:As an Inspection and Testing Program Intern you will report to the Inspection and Life Management Engineering Lead and be located at the Madrid headquarters in San Sebastián de los Reyes with a hybrid work schedule (remote and in-office). This is a part-time and paid internship from September 2025, with the possibility to receive course credit.Key Responsibilities:
Structural integrity studies using finite element analysis of components
Apply codes and standards from regulatory bodies to develop inspection programs
Analyze operating experience for its application in nuclear power plants
Failure analysis of components to identify the degradation mechanism that caused the failure
Use wear prediction tools due to erosion-corrosion in piping
Prepare documentation for software applications
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Mechanical, Mining, or Physics)
Knowledge of materials, structures, finite element codes or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C+, Java
Knowledge in AutoCAD
English (C1 Advanced level)
