Regulatory Affairs Manager – Spain (Remote/Hybrid)Our client is a leading global service provider to the pharmaceutical industry, supporting drug and medical device approvals, market development, and product lifecycle management. They are known for their strong scientific expertise, collaborative culture, and commitment to continuous learning.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain client relationships, supporting regulatory projects across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements.
  • Prepare, review, and compile regulatory documentation for submissions, renewals, and variations.
  • Act as point of contact with clients and regulatory authorities, supporting scientific advice procedures.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver against KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Provide strategic regulatory consultancy, regulatory intelligence, and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues, oversee resource allocation, and support business development activities.
Profile:
  • Degree in Life Sciences.
  • Extensive regulatory affairs experience with strong knowledge of approval processes.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; confident in client-facing roles.
  • Fluent English; Spanish highly desirable.
