- Drive Product Operations & Execution Health
- Own and evolve product delivery frameworks, team cadences, and cross-functional planning rituals to keep initiatives on track and teams focused on outcomes.
- Own Program & Lifecycle Management
- Lead end-to-end execution across product experiences-from contributing in strategy and driving planning and delivery through to rollout and post-launch retrospectives.
- Ensure Operational Readiness & Alignment
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to align roles, milestones, and expectations-and resolve blockers swiftly.
- Partner with Engineering Leadership Build strong partnerships with engineering leaders to align on priorities, remove delivery friction, and ensure technical execution supports product goals
- Champion Product Quality & Customer Focus
- Raise the bar on the capabilities your Product Managers own-capturing enhancements from Voice of Customer insights, Partner requirements, and compliance needs, while addressing bugs, improving usability, and delivering product improvements that customers not only use, but love.
- Maintain Visibility & Communication
- Be the go-to source of truth for progress, health, and status-surfacing insights from the ground to the executive level and keeping everyone aligned.
- A natural leader and coach with 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years managing and scaling product teams.
- Experienced in Product Operations, driving end-to-end product development lifecycles with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-domain initiatives at pace, collaborating closely with multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at streamlining how teams work-you bring structure, predictability, and clarity without over-engineering.
- Adept at turning Voice of Customer insights into high-impact product improvements and balancing customer needs with business priorities.
- A strong product thinker with an eye for what makes a product delightful, and how to get there through lean, fast execution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous, high-growth environments while keeping teams focused on measurable outcomes.
- A confident communicator who can run a planning workshop one day and brief executives the next-with clarity, urgency, and calm.
- Ideally, you have a background in SaaS products, building solutions for businesses, and delivering B2B2C product experiences.
