- Process subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions while ensuring accurate record-keeping across fundcraft’s platform and accounting system.
- Record and maintain all portfolio events (investments, divestments, corporate actions) and related documents in the fundcraft platform.
- Ensure consistency of portfolio data between systems, investigate discrepancies, and resolve mismatches using legal documentation and cash flows.
- Assist investment processes end-to-end and support colleagues in closing investment processes on the fundcraft platform.
- Provide relevant information and justifications for payments, including AIFM approvals, subscription agreements, and wire instructions.
- Manage capital call notices, ensuring timely receipt, accurate data entry, payment verification, and coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure timely reception and registration of Capital Account Statements (CAS), Quarterly Reports (QR), and financial data with quality control.
- Support automation of processes, including participation in product conceptualisation, development and testing, when needed.
- Oversee investment processes, ensure data completeness, manage payment deadlines, coordinate with banks, and support portfolio maintenance for management companies.
- Ensure data accuracy, respond to assigned emails within the same day, and proactively suggest product enhancements based on platform usage.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fund accounting, investor services, or similar financial operations (preferably in asset management, fund administration, or private equity).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all responsibilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and take a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-driven with the ability to take ownership and initiative, offering proactive solutions and ideas in a fast-paced environment.
