- Create product marketing strategy
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive installs and user engagement for both VR video chat dating and AI role-play products.
- Daily management of advertising campaigns;
- Conduct deep performance analysis across channels to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies;
- Optimize registration funnel and drive high-quality traffic to the products;
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, etc;
- Analysis of trends and insights, as well as subsequent optimization to meet KPIs: scaling successful channels and searching for growth points;
- Building effective work with the design and marketing team to maintain brand unity;
- Market and competitor analysis;
- Report results and insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.);
- Expertise in the adult entertainment sector (18+ products);
- Expertise in data analytics and campaign performance tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Google Analytics);
- Ability to run A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize campaigns accordingly;
- Budget management and scaling campaigns effectively;
- Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset;
- English B2+ and fluent Russian;
- Experience working with Affiliates and CPA networks (nice to have).
