- Lead the end-to-end deployment of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with global template processes and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
- Drive change management initiatives to secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Act as an on-site advocate for change, addressing concerns and ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for key users and end-users.
- Create engaging training materials to support long-term adoption and sustainability.
- Ensure that all deployment activities adhere to pre-defined global template processes.
- Work closely with process owners to identify and resolve gaps or deviations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment-related updates, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and impact of transformation initiatives to drive engagement and alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement transformation, system implementation, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba solutions and P2P processes
- Strong expertise in change management, including tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams
