- Lead generation: You use both innovative inbound and outbound sales strategies with a focus on the markets in Spain
- Sales strategy: You test and implement your sales strategy in collaboration with your colleagues
- Full Cycle Role: You approach inbound leads and actively contact dream clients and offer all products (MVPs to platform memberships to projects)
- Strategic relationships: You build strong, forward-thinking relationships with executives, R&D specialists and project managers
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work closely with technical teams as well as marketing and legal experts to understand customer needs and gain valuable insights into product development
- Sales experience: > 2 years of sales experience in a start-up or deep tech environment, experience in closing complex deals (sales cycles 3 to 12 months, avg. ticket size € 50-500k)
- Academic qualifications: Degree in economics (e.g. business administration, sales, business development, marketing) or natural sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry, material science) or comparable qualifications
- Start-up mindset: you are action-oriented, adaptable and willing to take on different roles in a dynamic setup
- Language skills: Excellent command of English (C1 – C2 level) and Spanish(C2 level)
