- Be responsible for the Inbound Funnel. Responsible for designing, planning and controlling the Inbound strategy for the country, working to get an increase in new partners, net sales and market share.
- Be an expert in building and managing Sales Dream Team, continuous training and improving their performance. Having a clear development path with clear goals and actions to follow. Hire and onboard the new SE ensuring they understand and apply the Glovo AM ways of working.
- Establish goals for the team and evaluate their performance. Handle performance and develop talent to ensure the team is engaged and we retain them.
- Ensure that Inbounds Long Tail partners perform within their first 30 days at Glovo, reducing the risk of churn by establishing operational processes and commercial actions with the aim of generating orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ commercial teams, ensuring the effective rollout of global best practices. Additionally, provide feedback and influence HQ roadmaps.
- You have a solid experience (5+ years) in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
- Relevant experience leading cross functional teams with 5+ people
- A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams up to 15 FTE
- You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
- You've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach.
- You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding on new topics.
- You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking.
