This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and expanding international business with a strong portfolio and established distribution network. The focus will be on strengthening commercial performance, increasing market visibility, and managing strategic partnerships.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing B2B distribution partners.
- Collaborate with partners to set and achieve annual sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new regional distribution partners.
- Represent the company at industry fairs and partner meetings across Europe.
- Analyze monthly sales and inventory data to identify trends and address performance gaps.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and product positioning across markets.
- Evaluate new product opportunities and contribute to pricing strategies.
- Share commercial tools and marketing best practices to support partner success.
- Organize and lead annual partner review meetings to align goals and drive motivation.
- Deliver monthly performance reports and competitor analyses.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Regulatory, Medical, Brand Management) to ensure cohesive market strategies.
- Degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in international sales or partner management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare B2B sector.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and driving growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in multicultural environments.
- Analytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
