- Manage the Okta platform for identity, access, provisioning, SSO, and integrations with HR and SaaS systems.
- Administer core SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Wordpress in collaboration with other teams.
- Automate workflows using tools like Okta Workflows, Zapier, or Google Apps Script to reduce manual tasks.
- Support IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, user support, and troubleshooting across devices and systems.
- Collaborate on security and compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2), device management, and access control policies.
- Contribute to infrastructure automation using Git, Terraform, AWS/GCP, and AI tools to enhance efficiency and documentation.
- 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in fast-paced, SaaS-heavy or tech environments.
- Skilled in identity management, with hands-on experience using Okta (Identity Engine, Governance, Workflows).
- Strong SaaS administration skills, especially with Google Workspace, Slack, and optionally WordPress.
- Proficient in scripting and automation, using Python, Google Apps Script, Zapier, and Okta Workflows.
- Interest in cloud and DevOps, with experience in AWS or GCP and basic knowledge of Terraform.
- Familiar with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools, and open to using AI tools to boost automation and productivity.
