Job DescriptionWe are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in Spain. If you are a fluent GERMAN then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and although their office is based in Barcelona this is a temporarily work from home role - working from anywhere in Spain.The role As a Web-hosting Inbound Sales Agent you will represent a large and well-known web-hosting company. You will deal with incoming queries via phone and email from both new and existing small and medium sized business clients. You will listen to your clients needs, ask relevant questions and based on your findings you will recommend specific products, platforms and services. Upselling, cross-selling and working with targets is important in this role.RequirementsThe successful Web-hosting Inbound Sales Agent has:Fluency in German and EnglishPrevious customer service and sales experienceDriven by targetsExpertise in web hosting technologies including content management systems commonly used to operate a website such as WordPress or JoomlaWork from home facility - good broadband connection and quiet office spaceThe interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls. This is a temporarily work from home position if you are based anywhere in Spain. Training will be provided in Barcelona (travel and stay paid by the company)for 6 weeks and then you can work from home anywhere in Barcelona. However, once it is safe to do so, you will be expect to move to Barcelona and work from the Barcelona office. A relocation package is offered. Besides a fantastic basic salary and commission, there is a fantastic onboarding bonus available of 3000 euro gross per month paid after 2 months in service.About CompanyTalingual is a specialist multilingual recruitment agency.
