- Financing transactions and processes for internationally located real estate
- Work in close coordination with other teams
- Obtain financing offers and term sheets and negotiate them
- Negotiate loan agreements
- Carry out risk assessments and recommend them to the internal investment committee for conclusion
- Cooperate in the provision of collateral
- Ensure the fulfilment of CP (Condition Precedent) and loan disbursement
- Review covenants and meet reporting obligations to lenders
- Maintain and expand our financing network
- Take care of the general management of financing commitments
- You have experience within the market follow-up of a mortgage bank, or in the corporate finance of a real estate company or in the real estate advisory of an auditing company
- You have at least a C1 level of English (mandatory)
- You have a degree in Business Law, Business Administration or Law or in a similar area
- You have a strong service attitude
- You have good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.

- You're based in Spain or are willing to relocate
