We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative in Sofia, Bulgaria.As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Polish and English-speaking clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Your main duties will include answering customer calls and emails, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, as well as a strong customer service mindset. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
