Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone!In the Technical Documentation Coordinator role you will be responsible for fulfilling the documentation requirements when a Project is received as well as manage all documentation transmittals and flow process between all the stakeholders internally and externally (Flowserve, The Customers, Sub-suppliers) until the closure of the Project and complying with all customer contractual requirements.As a Technical Documentation Coordinator intern you will support Pozuelo pump manufacturing operations. You will report to the Major or Run-Rate Team Leader in the Customer Service Order Fulfillment Department. In this customer-facing role you will be responsible for managing the documentation of a turn-key projects portfolio through various stages from the Purchase Order reception until the Cash Collection. You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project documentation activity is regularly reported to the client and performed as per agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.Requirements:Qualification: Industrial Engineering is preferred, other Engineering are acceptable.Minimum experience of 0-3 years.Languages: Spanish and English - At a minimum, any other language is valued.High level of Office usage required.Knowledge of Windchill will be valued.Must be an active and committed person, easy to communicate and eager to learn and be trained.Must have good adaptability, flexibility and be a proactive person.Demonstrated ability of attention to detail, meeting of due dates, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to Project Managers and focused around the coordination of engineering and quality documentation services.Examining documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data and resolve discrepancies with document originators.Maintaining a document control record management system and/or hardcopy documents to ensure compliance with all applicable and required standards.Developing and maintaining procedures and standards for document development production, approval, distribution and amendmentDemonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution performance & safety (project initiation to project completion) on all assigned projects.Support improved customer relationships through creating a work environment that is free of unfavorable circumstances or perceptions for either party that meets or exceeds performance expectations of the customer.Ensure a “clean definition of documentation requirement” before commencement of work on an assigned Projects.Prepare a detailed Document List with a submission schedule at the commencement of each assigned project, maintain an updated Project Documentation schedule throughout the life of the project, and achieve a 90% or better compliance with all major milestones within the schedule.Manage Document Control for OTD of all documents throughout the life of the project with target of zero impact to shipping deliverables, invoicing and progress payments.Preferences:Living with Flowserve values and behaviors.Accountable for execution of Original Equipment Orders assigned, ensuring that all product deliverables, as defined by the Customer’s order, meet OTD and quality requirements.Learn the variety of Flowserve products and internal work flows to manage the business system interactions between engineering, operations and sales.Provide responsive and customer-centric support to both internal and external customers, being part of a Project Management Office which is the single contact point for all customers.Ensure contract technical requirements flow across the organization.Team spirit to partnership with all Pozuelo team to fulfill with customer contractual dates.Respectful, who understands others point of view and is willing to collaborate with others.Organized person capable to work in a multi-task environment.Able to adapt to scheduling changes.Work with the Project Team to advance the closure of documentation requirements, in order to avoid delays of shipments or payments.What we offer (among other benefits):Canteen 100% founded by the companySummer timetable (shorter working hours)Employee referral bonus
