If you match this description, get in touch!What you’ll doDelivery:
  • Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts in collaboration with the internal creative lead for execution with assigned brands.
  • Produce English-language written content across all touchpoints, including blogs, websites, social channels, videos, display banners, POS materials, etc.
  • Large focus on social content writing copy that is optimized for specific social media platforms, such as Twitter / X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Incorporating relevant hashtags and keywords to improve the visibility of the copy and increase its reach.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media copywriting, and experimenting with different formats and styles to find what works best with target audience groups.
  • Must adhere to messaging frameworks, brand guidelines, editorial guidelines, and tone of voice for multiple global brands
  • Must produce high-quality, attention-grabbing, clean, consistent, accurate, and colloquial copy appropriate for a range of professional and consumer audiences
  • Must deliver projects on time, according to deadlines and established timelines
  • Editorial review and copyediting of written content produced by external consultants and agencies. Review for quality, accuracy, consistency, adherence to brief, and adherence to guidelines. Request and review rewrites as required.
  • Work closely with creative director, editorial content specialist, creative lead, project managers, and agencies to produce copy that fulfills the content strategy and brief and supports creative/visual designs.
  • Maintain and update demand planning and prioritization forms and dashboards for visibility within the larger team. Anticipate and plan for annual variations in demand to optimize performance.
Measurement:
  • Monitor performance of content published across touchpoints and channels
  • Generate and use insights and learnings to inform, improve, and refine future projects
Partner management:
  • Support editorial content specialist in selecting and maintaining a pool of external copywriters with the right set of capabilities and sufficient capacity
  • Support editorial content specialist in onboarding new writers and performing related admin tasks, including getting quotes, raising purchase orders, managing payments, etc.
  • Help manage relationships, timelines, and performance of external copywriters.
Capability expertise:
  • Help to ensure that incoming briefs are complete, clear, and comprehensive.
  • Support brief creation process by commenting, editing, adding, or challenging as needed.
  • Contribute to the creative definition process: ideas, storytelling, assets lists, etc.
Operational effectiveness:
  • Define and continuously improve processes and ways of working to build collective capability.
  • Propose and implement the right tools, processes, and templates to drive agility, rigor, and measurement of the various aspects of delivery.
Your qualificationsTechnical
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication or journalism
  • Native English speaker as a must have
  • Excellent native English writing skills with a proven track record in producing high-quality content for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Expertise in producing social media copy and other short form copy for professional and consumer audiences
  • Experience in technical marketing writing preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder landscape, including stakeholder influence and relationship management at all levels
