- Payroll Administration: collect all payroll related information from managers, prepare, generate, check, and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis for more than 5k employees.
- File Maintenance: maintain the internal files and shared files with the providers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency (using Google and Excel sheets).
- Payroll Check: conduct payroll checks on the providers' results and ensure data accuracy and data completion.
- Tax Support: help our employees with any tax-related questions with the support of our providers.
- Payroll Coordination: be the go-between HR, Finance, Legal and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service.
- Leave Management: make sure all our employees provide Baja/Alta or the locally required documentation and make sure our payroll provider is informed and updated in our internal system.
- Payroll Explanation: explain the payroll for all couriers, supporting them with any doubt.
- Payroll Support: support the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees' payroll.
- Help keep our colleagues happy!
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience handling end-to-end payroll processes.
- Strong Knowledge of Payroll structure, Social Security, and Tax regulation and administration.
- Excellent data management skills - strong Excel and database management skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in Spanish and English.
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to get your hands dirty!
