- Budget management: analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the area’s budget. Cost control and invoicing oversight.
- Coordination and supervision of the IT support service, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Control, prioritization, and follow-up of service requests and incidents.
- End-to-end management of projects derived from the IT environment and internal services: needs identification, solution research and analysis, implementation, and post-deployment follow-up.
- Hardware asset management, including vendor negotiation, purchasing, inventory management, and stock control.
- Analysis, design, and implementation of improvements in internal workflows related to general services and IT support.
- Experience in service management and project management across different areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience generating reports using Power BI (recommended).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (example: ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to learn, ask questions, listen actively, and propose value-driven actions.
- Advanced English level (C1).
