- Negotiate high-value advertising and partnership deals
- Manage a full project cycle, becoming our on-the-ground connector in your market
- A background in international business, communications, economics or related fields
- Full-time availability to travel and relocate internationally
- Strong social instincts—you’re a good communicator, great listener, and relationship-builder
- The confidence to lead conversations and close deals with high-level professionals
- Self-drive, independence, and adaptability in new environments
- Fluent in English (other languages like Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a plus)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (open to sharp, motivated recent grads)
