- Conduct activity analysis, cost baselining, and location assessments for GBS setup.
- Create business cases and design target models for business transitions.
- Assess and improve finance functions, including Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC).
- Analyze financial reports and statements to identify areas for improvement.
- Spanish / Portuguese language knowledge.
- Experience in GBS/SSC setup engagements and business transition assignments.
- 7-10 years of work experience in Business Transition / GBS / SSC setup activities.
- Commerce Graduate or MBA (Finance).
- Consulting experience.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP / HANA, Oracle GL.
- IFRS or Banking or Insurance certification.
