- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to address customer concerns and enhance overall user experience.
- Document customer interactions and report feedback to relevant internal teams for service improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to provide relevant support.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a social media or digital environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and customer support tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
