Then this might be your next opportunity.As an International Client Development Manager, you ll be key in driving client success and revenue growth across a portfolio of international accounts. Working closely with the International Client Development Director, you ll support client retention, performance optimization, and partnership expansion.This role blends strategy, analysis, communication, and operational execution. Your contribution will directly impact results from partner recruitment and placements to reporting, campaign analysis, and administrative oversight.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of international clients, including ownership of budgets, performance metrics, and reporting.
Build and grow strong, positive relationships with clients and publishers.
Align client strategies with actionable plans and ensure consistent delivery on SLAs and contractual obligations.
Identify new growth opportunities via strategic partner recruitment and campaign optimization.
Lead administrative and operational tasks: banner uploads, invoicing, documentation, etc.
Conduct platform training and onboarding sessions for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Client Support, Product Management) to ensure seamless delivery and communication.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and optimization plans.
Support financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and payment reconciliation.
Share insights, learnings, and best practices across regions to leverage international synergies.

You ll oversee newsletters, banners, invoicing, and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
We re looking for someone with strong digital marketing experience, a strategic mindset, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
Your skills background
Here s what will help you thrive in this role:9-12 months of experience in account management, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing (preferably international exposure).
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (BSc/MSc/MA).
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (C1-C2), particularly for negotiations and presentations.
Ability to manage multiple projects with a structured and proactive approach.
Curious, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-evolving digital environment.
Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and marketing dashboards.
Collaborative spirit, with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
