- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or gaming support is an advantage.
- A strong interest and passion for online gaming and familiarity with gaming platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in live chat software and knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to navigate fast-paced situations.
