It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job Description:Change Management LeadWhat your role as a Change Management Lead will involve:As a Change Management Lead at Ingram Micro, you will work with business leaders to drive standardisation and adoption of new processes and tools across the organisation. You’ll focus on the people side of change—ensuring successful transitions in business processes, systems, and technologies—while increasing employee adoption and minimising resistance.You’ll lead and execute change management strategies, training, and communication plans, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate change management activities into all planned changes.
  • Support change implementation and track team accountabilities.
  • Oversee communications and training plans in collaboration with trainers.
  • Facilitate business requirements, process mapping, and best practice strategies.
  • Monitor post-implementation effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with global teams to address adoption challenges and gaps.
  • Measure and report on change management effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for sustaining change and long-term success.
To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
  • Prosci-certified change management practitioner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in change management or go-to-market projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in process improvement and strategic alignment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Power BI, Visio, Miro, MS Dynamics, and video editing tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
