  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to understand and refine business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear technical documentation and conduct impact analysis.
  • Present findings and proposed solutions in Feature Refinement meetings to a broad audience
  • Work closely with the Release Train to ensure timely and effective delivery within an Agile framework
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to reducing security and operational risks in line with internal standards
What You Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, ideally with exposure to exchange-related environments; familiarity with UML is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; German is a plus
