As a Revenue Manager you will be in charge of:
- Lead the end-to-end pricing strategy for our hotel vertical, ensuring optimal balance between growth, conversion, and profitability.
- Define, test, and scale pricing models, leveraging advanced analytics and collaborating closely with the Data Science team who develop ML-powered pricing systems.
- Identify and drive opportunities to optimise revenue margin, both through strategic pricing and product innovation.
- Coordinate and align with key stakeholders including Product, Business Development, IT, Supply, and BI, ensuring pricing is embedded across all customer touchpoints.
- Own and track core performance KPIs such as booking volumes and revenue margin, identifying and implementing tactics to meet ambitious targets.
- Drive A/B testing initiatives and experimentation roadmaps to validate pricing hypotheses and improve user understanding of price/value.
- Mentor and grow a team of analysts and data scientists, building a culture of data-driven experimentation, collaboration and high performance.
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the company by bringing forward-looking insights and ideas that influence product and commercial roadmaps.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Business Strategy roles with direct impact on revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead through influence across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical background: deep understanding of pricing mechanisms, A/B testing frameworks, and forecasting methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage and coach cross-functional teams (analysts, data scientists and product teams).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Familiarity with SQL, Looker or BI tools is a plus.
- Passion for experimentation, curiosity for customer behavior, and relentless focus on value creation.
- Business fluency in English.
