About the jobThe Reporting Transformation Expert – as a part of the CFO Transformation Office – is responsible for the design and implementation of all Financial reporting within the AZ Technology Group. The role encompasses an end-to-end-responsibility to provide a state of the art reporting that allows all operating and Management units to efficiently steer their Financial business. It ranges from collecting customer/stakeholder requirements, blueprinting functional and technical designs, steering technical implementation to go-live activities, trainings and communication. As part of a change organization, this role stretches across all areas of the company that require Financial/Economical information, e.g. Finance, Project Managers, Purchasing, Management etc.What you do:
  • Design functional blueprints for Financial reports based on customer requirements,
  • Derive technical blueprint out of functional blueprint together with the IT development team,
  • Coordinate the technical implementation done by IT development team,
  • Design test scenarios and conduct tests together with the customer,
  • Design user interface for reports, especially towards SAP Analytics Cloud,
  • Conduct trainings to the end users,
  • Communicate with stakeholders to illustrate the progress of the implementation.
What you bring:
  • Thorough understanding of business model of AZ Technology (and AZ Services),
  • Good understanding of Financial processes, esp. in Controlling and Accounting,
  • At least basic understanding of technical value flow within SAP SD, FI, CO,
  • Good command of SAP Business Warehouse from a user perspective and, ideally, of the technical BW infrastructure; knowledge about modern BI tools, e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, is a plus
  • Experience in agile working,
  • Ability to communicate with different stakeholder groups (e.g. Finance experts, IT developers, project managers, C-level)
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new challenges; solution-oriented thinking being able to handle uncertaintie
