
Billing Clerk (m/f/d)

- Ensure the accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies
- Review customer contracts and sales tickets to calculate fees and applicable charges
- Prepare and send invoices and payment reminders in a timely manner
- Monitor incoming payments and allocate them correctly in the system
- Maintain and update invoice records and customer profiles
- Set up and adjust products and services in customer accounts
- Handle written inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the billing team
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or preferably Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (intermediate level required)
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or any ERP/database system is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus
- You are organized, flexible, and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, FP&A)
