The Business Development Executive will report to the Business Development Director in Spain and will be responsible for the business growth in the Spanish market.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding Taptap’s client portfolio in Spain.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and direct clients.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention, fostering long-term relationships.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Taptap’s technology against competitors and existing solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with Business Solutions and Operations teams to identify upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate solutions that maximize profitability for the company.
- Keep sales information updated in HubSpot (previous CRM experience is a plus).
- Provide regular pipeline and sales performance reports to the team and commercial leadership.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and strengthen business relationships.
- Organize networking and marketing activities with a focus on return on investment.
- 2+ years of experience in advertising agencies, ad servers, exchanges, or DSPs. Experience with technology solutions based on location data is a plus.
- Dynamic and proactive profile with a “make things happen” mindset.
- Creativity and ability to bring new ideas.
- Strong relationships with media agencies and advertisers in Spain.
- Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities.
- Adaptability to change and strong teamwork skills.
