This role provides the opportunity to work on new use cases and projects in the area of customer services ( mainly Order to Cash process) which mixes the current technology to the next level of solution set as for example Generative AI, Machine Learning and Optimization techniquesWhat you’ll do:As a Business Solutions Analyst IT Customer Services – 360 Visibility & Analytics , you will support the Product Team, working on new use cases to identify key data sources to serve as input to analytics solutions, document new solutions created as well as work on projects to identify opportunities of business functions to advise, test and prove new solutions.You will support to translate business strategies, opportunities, threats into IS/IT product requirements, then plays a key role within the product team to design, specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutionsAs part of this role, you will also:Participate on COP (community of Practice) meetingsParticipate on ProjectsUnderstand the problem statement and propose unconstrained innovation ideas, to later design the best fit based on the available technology.Produce Specifications of requirements of COP as well as specific projects and follow up developmentsPerform Testing on developments in lower systemsProduce training material as well as conduct training sessions on for sustain organization & COP :Regular Application featuresNew features releasesWe offer more than just a job.
