- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian and advanced level of English- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience
- Have previous experience in customers service
