Job DescriptionWe are looking for a German-speaking Ads Sales Account Manager (Google Products) to join our vibrant team in Barcelona!In this role, you will prospect, acquire, and manage advertising clients across multiple platforms and channels. You will leverage your strong sales skills and digital advertising expertise to build and nurture client relationships, drive revenue, and ensure client satisfaction, while working with one of the world's most renowned customer experience companies.About the company

With a diverse team across multiple countries, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.What will you do?Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreachDevelop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate leads and new opportunitiesEngage prospects through email, phone, social media, and industry eventsConduct needs assessments to understand clients' objectives and constraintsPrepare and deliver persuasive, tailored sales pitches and presentationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients as their main sales contactCollaborate with clients on customized campaigns and strategiesMonitor campaign performance, providing optimization recommendationsAchieve and exceed sales targets through client acquisition and account growthIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsCandidate profileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven track record in outbound sales, preferably in digital advertisingStrong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trendsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsExperience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentC1 level English and native-level GermanEmployer offersFull-time position, Monday to Friday (39h/week)Referral program with rewards up to €2,000Employment with the world's largest provider of contact center servicesExcellent work environment with great colleagues and social activitiesOpportunities for personal development and growthDynamic, business casual workplace with a highly motivated teamMultilingual Jobs Worldwide
