Staff Product Manager - Data Acquisition

• Define our Vision: You'll partner with product leaders to craft and champion our long-term product vision, mission, and strategy.
• Build our Performance: You'll establish meaningful product performance metrics and guide our Data Acquisition team's delivery to achieve success.
• Shape our Roadmap: You'll organize and prioritize product delivery while identifying opportunities to refine and elevate features.
• Collect and share insights: You'll lead structured discovery sessions, gathering insights and feedback to uncover transformative opportunities.
• Support collaborative Problem-Solving: You'll work hand-in-hand with our product operations team to understand challenges and implement effective solutions.

• You offer proven product management expertise: WetSignificant experience in consumer-tech focused product management, ideally with a strong background in content sourcing and filtering.
• You are tech-savvy and results-oriented: You bring a focus on rapid execution and efficiency, with experience leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to enhance quality and streamline processes.
• You can demonstrate inspirational leadership: A track record of successfully developing, mentoring and empowering cross-functional team members to achieve their best.
• Your strong skills in execution: You can demonstrate success in building and delivering a 1-2 year product vision in dynamic, fast-paced tech environments and gaining stakeholder support and buy-in for your ideas.
• Cross-Functional collaboration skills: You are skilled at leading impactful projects involving diverse stakeholders, driving alignment and achieving successful outcomes.
• Experience with engineering partnerships: You have strong experience working closely with software engineering teams to oversee feature development, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Expertise as a data-driven problem solver: You are adept at identifying gaps and opportunities by analyzing data and insights, you can demonstrate your ability to contribute innovative solutions to the product roadmap.
• Strong communication skills: You are fluent in English and bring a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, such as use cases and metric definitions.
• Skills in documentation & presentation: You bring proven success in creating high-quality product documentation, including detailed requirements or RFCs for complex products.
