- Work closely with BDMs to strategize on approaches for penetrating key accounts.
- Research and identify potential clients within target industries and verticals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points and requirements.
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for our BDMs to further explore opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead information and activities.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payments processing and blockchain technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Results-oriented personality with the commercial mindset.
- Work in a hybrid mode in Alicante, Spain.
