Netcentric may feel like home for you if you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to grow together with us.The scope of this role is part of a strategic project with one of our banking clients, where we are transitioning from their internal setup to a near-shore engagement with Netcentric as the sole provider.You will perform iteration testing (Component, System, Integration, Smoke, Regression), ensure accessibility compliance, and introduce/maintain automation for core functionality. Working closely with developers, BAs, and PMs, youll drive high-quality releases and contribute to continuous QA improvements. The tool stack includes Wave (accessibility), Applitools (UI), Selenium (automation), and JavaScript frameworks like Cypress.js/Playwright.Madrid based hybrid contract with 3 days in the office.Desired Skills and Experience

Good knowledge of Java OOP
Experience with Selenium WebDriver (and other similar tools)
Knowledge of JavaScript-based frameworks such as Cypress.js / Playwright
Knowledge of design patterns and clean code best practices
Knowledge of visual testing and UI testing tools (Applitools)
Good understanding of how automation fits in the SDLC
Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle or similar)
Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
Understanding of web technologies and application testing methodologies
4+ years of experience with various testing methodologies (functional, system, integration, regression)
Strong attention to detail
Experience working with Jira or other task/bug management tools
Strong verbal and written English skills
Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
Enthusiasm, empathy, and being a true team player
Eligibility to work within the EU and/or Switzerland
Open-minded, feedback-oriented, and continuously striving for improvement
