- Audit the current GAM (MCM) setup: ad units, line item structures, dynamic floors, key-values
- Review the demand stack: Open Bidding, Prebid, SSPs, header bidding
- Identify optimization opportunities: floor pricing, ad refreshes, placements, latency, viewability
- Provide an actionable roadmap and training for the internal AdOps team
- 5+ years in publisher AdOps / yield management
- Hands-on with large GAM MCM accounts (500+ sites, $5M+ annual rev)
- Strong experience in Prebid, Open Bidding, and SSP integrations
- Data-driven (SQL/BigQuery, GAM reporting)
- Initial audit project (2–4 weeks)
- Optional short-term retainer for implementation support
- Compensation: project-based or hourly under discussion
- Remote (Europe-based preferred)
